Allison was very friendly at write-up. Unfortunately after that it took 2 hours for a 5k service done with an appointment and knowing I was waiting. In addition it was very stressful waiting with the lack of enforcement of the state mandate on masks for both DePaula employees and customers. Walking back to service from waiting I counted 5 employees and 3 customers at that one instance. And then when I went to pay clerk area, which is extremely small, an employee and customer came in together to get his paperwork. Not a good effort to keep COVID from spreading. More
