Never thought I’d see the day one of your service writers would fabricate a work order before my vehicle was even looked at. A promise made and broken that the vehicle would be fixed by the weeks end. The re would fabricate a work order before my vehicle was even looked at. The result being me having the vehicle towed to another repair center where the diagnosis and fix were nothing similar to what was presented to me at your facility. We’ve purchased several vehicles there and spent several thousands in repair business at your facility. You’ve lost our business forever. More

I took my vehicle to do an oil change and fix my wiper, This woman who is suppose to be service advisor had my tire removed without my permission and putting the spare tire on. They charge me to diagnose t This woman who is suppose to be service advisor had my tire removed without my permission and putting the spare tire on. They charge me to diagnose the wiper problem and never fix it saying they have to order a switch which they first told me they had in stock. I was given a long list of what they recommended I should get done with my vehicle which includes changing all four tire because one has a small gash in it but doesn’t really affect anything. These people that work here only aims to scam customers. The receptionist that I talked to when I called to ask to speak with the service manager to address these concerns was rude. More
