Dropped car off and got a ride home while work was being done. That was just what I needed.as it turned out my car wasn’t ready till the next day, which was fine because all the work was done to my satisfac done. Unfortunitly I had Chance, a new person, as my advisor. He was very slow and the only update he gave was that some recomendations from the mechanic. I dropped the vechile off at 7 AM and never got my caar He was very slow and the only update he gave was that some recomendations from the mechanic. I dropped the vechile off at 7 AM and never got my caar back until 3:30 PM. I know there many things I had them do,but He never stayed on checking what was happening. I called a couple of times and then arrived back to the repair shop around 2 PM and he was paged I was there and it took him 15 miniutes to show up and then he ignored me and took two phone calls. I told him I was going to the waiting room so when he got off the phone to come talk with me. He never came out and after a half hour I went back and all I got was I am sorry. When my vechile was finished and he was going over the bill he was charging me for the oil change and new wiper blades. I told him that was wrong as I had a service contract. He told me that wasn't covered and I said it was. He finally went and talked with someone and I was correct and had to wait till he redid the bill and then I asked where my Veteran discount was and he got upset. This is the first time I have had someone that never kept me in the loop and argued with me. At least my vechile was taken care of, but took to long. I heard that the mechanic that was installing the new syck did not know how to do it and he tried over and hour before they got someone to do it. I am happy that Depaula is very busy, but hard waiting for a month to get an appointment and that I could not get the recall on the brake hoses, for my vehicle , could not get the parts to repair them from beginning of May 2021. I purchased this vechile when Depaula took over Orange Ford and things have been great there up till this year. Is it that you can't get mechanics or the covid going on. Other then that I am happy with the way the repairs and maintance has been over the years. More
