We needed to rent a vehicle to continue our business which cost out of pocket expense. After my first survey someone reached out with an offer for a free car detailing and when I asked to speak to the manager it went to voicemail and never heard back from him More

This was my first service here and the customer service was great! There estimate on when my car would be ready was spot on which I really appreciate! I brought my car for service and a wheel alignment they're unable to loosen the bolts on the rear wheels and could not complete my wheel alignment and told me to go to the Cadillac dealer. The Cadillac dealer found the radiator was leaking and there was a bad strut they replaced both and they were under warranty I was quite disappointed with DePaula. More
