DePaula Ford - Service Center

Mechanic was very conscientious and skilled, service advisor was good, and service area was the cleanest and most organized I have seen. However they refused to refund my core charge. I purchased a wheel through Ford parts and specified DePaula as the dealership. Ralph in parts told me first I didn't pay my bill, then said the ticket was still open, and since I didn't purchase at DePaula directly, I was not receiving a refund for the core which was total 54.13. I called to Ford Parts, opened a ticket and Ford parts subsequently closed saying I had to go back to the dealership and it was up to them if I get a refund or not. Since DePaula refuses, I filled a complaint with the NYS department of Motor Vehicle's. So a ruined experience over a 50.00 core charge. More
