Really appreciate the guys in the service dept. parts were on back order and they answered my calls daily and would give me updates on when to expect my truck back. Was quick to finalize the sale. However vehicle never went through the shop prior to pick up. Addressed concerns were looked at but yet to be solved. Been waiting 2 weeks now just t However vehicle never went through the shop prior to pick up. Addressed concerns were looked at but yet to be solved. Been waiting 2 weeks now just to get a confirmed appointment for fixing the issues. Extreme lack of communication all contact has been on my behalf. A week and a half later and the service rep finally said they were going to try and get my appointments scheduled. Another 3 days later and not a word. Why do I have to keep calling??? More
