I’ve always been reluctant to bring any vehicle to a dealer for fear of overpricing or unnecessary service. Needed a must-do repair that only a dealer would handle. DePaula team did the repairs for a very fair price and great professionalism and excellent service and use of modern technology to keep me informed on findings, progress and completion. This is a class act and I will definitely use again I. The future! PS they also are timely on appointments - usually within 1 week which is unlike other Ford dealers in the area with 1 month wait schedules! More

The service desk associates Lenny, Luis and Chance are always helpful and a pleasure to see and get assistance from. They make me feel welcomed and taken care of. Unbeknownst to the 3 mentioned or I..after leaving the shop 10/31 for having a tire replaced..I noticed the psi was never adjusted. All my tires were fairly low from the weather..and then my new tire was left at 39. My truck should of been at 32-34 for all tires but 3 were at 29 and 1 at 39. Unsure why this was not taken care of..quality service should be required. I had to stop at Stewart's after I left to adjust myself. More
