Needed a car and fast I needed a car quick as mine was totaled. I saw one in the lot and made an appt. to see it the next day. It was freezing outside and they had it pulled into the garage just so that I could see it in a warmer environment. Being that I was 6 mos. pregnant and expecting my first baby at the time, I wanted to know if a car seat would fit in the back. The salesman helped me out and put my car seat right in for me as I had no idea what I was doing. Talk about great service. We took it for a spin and it had everything on my wishlist. And the price was right for being a used ford. The car was in great condition. I ended up buying the car that day after doing allot of research at many other dealerships. They weren't pushy and made my experience an easy one. The salesman's name was Marat. He was great. I would recommend seeing him with any future car need. After having the car a day or so I noticed a slight sound that I was concerned with and they offered to take a look and get me right in and even gave us a loaner. They fixed the issue free of charge and had my car back the next day. I am very satisfied with the service team and wouldn't hesitate to do business there again. Its been a month and I love my new used car! To me it's brand new. More

Didn't love it, took it back to trade up for a different car (not even 60 days later), and the trade in offer was 12K less t Bought a car off the lot. Really, it was on the lot for 10K plus all the stuff I added... Metro Ford did me right. Much better than DePaula. Certified preowned but starter didn't work. They couldn't fix it and it took several days to get it fixed. Finance guy hard sells policies that was less expensive at Metro. Once I signed the papers, never saw the salesman again. Bad business!! More
