He helped me get into the car that I wanted he was amazing to talk to and amazingly friendly and then I dealt with the financing above and beyond anything that I have ever dealt with willing to work and do whatever they were able to get me into my car and once again so friendly I've never dealt with anybody like that. Excellent Service I’ve been a Honda girl for over 15 years. When my lease was up, Honda wasn’t able to work with me to give me what I wanted so I decided to give Mazda I’ve been a Honda girl for over 15 years. When my lease was up, Honda wasn’t able to work with me to give me what I wanted so I decided to give Mazda a try. Joe Hedley at DePaula went above and beyond to help me and my husband out. He explained everything very thoroughly and worked very hard to get us what we wanted. Joe is excellent at his job and made us feel extremely comfortable, like we were old friends and not just another sale for him. We also did a tour of the DePaula facility which was something I had never done before at a dealership and thought it was a unique way of making us feel like this was our new car family. I’m now proudly leasing a new Mazda3 in the color I wanted (because Joe literally looked through their expansive lot for it). We highly recommend Joe! More
