Feelin’ Better I bought my car in April of 2017 , I had dealt with another rep and it was the absolute worse experience. I began having problems with the car I was p I bought my car in April of 2017 , I had dealt with another rep and it was the absolute worse experience. I began having problems with the car I was pointed in Mike’s direction for help. He has been absolutely wonderful. He has answered all of my questions and gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable at the dealership. I have since referred a dear friend to purchase a new vehicle from Mike as well! He completely changed how I feel about DePaula and I’m lucky to have received his hospitality! Thank you again! More

Not a big deal, as I was directed to another gentleman who had good knowledge of the vehicle and its many configurations. There was minimal attempt to guide me toward a vehicle on the lot (I was determined to do a special order), though the salesman has not yet responded to my request for information needed to track the progress of that order at the factory. Like most people, I was slightly disappointed by the offered trade-in value, but it was not unreasonable and was notably larger than that offered at another area dealership. More

He is a pleasure to work with! Mackenzie was wonderful explaining the pdashboard, setting up my phone, etc in a way I understood and could follow. My wife and I purchased our new Mazda CX-3 in November 2017 and Mike was able to get us the car we wanted at the payment we needed. In April, Mike followed-up with me with a service issue and resolved my issue immediately. I would definitely refer anyone who was in the market for a new Mazda to DePaula Mazda. More
