No pressure, no gimmicks, easy to work with! I stopped in early morning and was helped immediately by someone parking a car. He informed me that he would have a salesman out to assist me with the truck I was looking at. Andy M. came out to show me the truck, asked if I had any questions and offered a test drive. Upon completion of the test drive Andy and I sat down to talk numbers. It was very straightforward with out any sales gimmicks. I told him I would not make a decision immediately and wanted to weigh my options. I returned a few days later with my decision, welcomed by a different salesman who informed me Andy was helping another customer but would help me as soon as possible. We sat down, agreed on numbers and I took delivery the following day. A very seamless process that I'm satisfied with. I truly recommend Depaula Ford. More

Joe was amazing. Prior to going to DePaula, I had been to a different dealer in the area to look at an entirely different brand of car. When I went to the dealer, I was immediately offered the top of the line model ($$$) of the car I was looking for without even really even explaining what the car had to offer for me. I left relatively upset. Upon going to DePaula I had an entirely different experience. The representative Joe didn't even mention the most expensive model but took what I was looking for and LISTENED to me and explained to me what the model he was referring to had that I was looking for. We test drove the car and I realized I was lacking certain features that he confirmed were in the higher model. Even though I had already test drove the car he had already brought around Joe took the time to locate a higher model so that I could see the different features it had to offer and to decide if it would be a better fit for me. I wasn't even interested in a Mazda really, but the experience that Joe created for me at DePaula and the time he took out to explain what different things do and how they work really is what made me decide it was the car I wanted to go with. And then at the end, Mike made everything seamless and has helped my boyfriend with car inquiries before but now helped us with the paperwork. Great place to get a car, regardless of make. More
