Where am I When I first pulled in I had know idea where I was...it said Mazda on the front but collision center when I pulled in...confusingly I didn’t know wher When I first pulled in I had know idea where I was...it said Mazda on the front but collision center when I pulled in...confusingly I didn’t know where to park...once inside I felt more comfortable...The secretary was very polite and directed me where to go...I met with the Amanda who I was told was a new hire and was very polite but could tell needed help..but al and all she sold me the car so I am satisfied with what she delivered...but I felt like I sat alone because she had know idea how to talk to me..could be nerves on both our parts so.im forgiving sitting there feeling stupid...then I met with the financial guy who was nice but pretty smooth...got me hooked up with a great loan and I’d agreed to under carriage protection..I just wish he went over the loan details more...he was just a little to charming and if that’s what you want to do to sell more cars then shame on you...I’ve been driving this car for 3 weeks and I worry the transmission isn’t all it’s said to be...but I love my car so I’m going to deal with it for now...that said you need to work on your sales people..they need to be more sociable More

No pressure and excellent care. We were looking at muiltiple makes of vehicles to decide which one we wanted. We loved everything about the CX9 and Glenn was very fair and helpful with giving us options and incite with our choices. We told him that we would be back in a month or longer since we had a few things to care for and he respected what we said which made us not just prefer Mazda but also this dealership as our preference. Even though we live an hour away. We love the car and so far our experience with Depaula Mazda and our salesman Glenn has been great. More
