I initially went in to look at my lease end options. I planned to look at a Ford Escape and a Ford Edge and then make a final decision when my lease was up in a couple months. I walked in with my fiancé and we were helped within seconds. We were directed to salesman, Marat, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly and relatable, and answered our thousands of questions with a smile on his face. He took the time to show us all of our options and he went above and beyond to meet all of our requests. He gave us a tour of the dealership and introduced us to the service team. I did not plan on making any decisions for a couple of months, but Marat gave me such a good deal on a 2018 Ford Edge that I was driving it off of the lot in a week. We then had the pleasure of working with the finance guy, Mike. He had a great sense of humor and was such a pleasure to work with (he also wore the best suits). I cannot emphasize enough how enjoyable it was working with Marat and Mike. And throughout the entire experience their main concern was not selling me a car, but making sure I was having a pleasant experience. I don’t normally write reviews, but I had to give credit to Mike and Marat for their amazing customer service. If there’s an open cubicle at DePaula Ford, I would love to move in!
