Excellent dealer! After several months of searching for a new car I had narrowed it down to a Mazda or Subaru. After several trips to different dealers I just didn’t ha After several months of searching for a new car I had narrowed it down to a Mazda or Subaru. After several trips to different dealers I just didn’t have a great feeling from any of them. Felt lied to or that they didn’t care about me as a customer and played this number game at a few. Just because I’m female doesn’t mean I’m stupid! Math is math! I found Depaula online after looking for another Mazda dealer and had an online conversation with a consultant. I arrange a meeting with the boss but instead met a very nice woman who definitely knew her stuff and gave me a lot of great info. I walked away thinking I’m ready to buy and I think this is the place but wanted to check out some other places. I received an email from the online consultant checking in a week later to see if she could hehelp me with anything. She then informed me of a VIP event and arranged for me to come in that day. That’s when I met Glenn Cummings. I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. He was honest and fair. We were able to work a deal everyone was happy with. Although I was nervous about my first car purchase Glenn helped me through this process without feeling like I was getting screwed. Luckily I had done my homework and asked all the questions I needed to be satisfied. I especially liked how I didn’t get pressured into buying a more expensive car and how they respected my extended warranty decisions. Financial guy Bryan helped keep things simple and fair for me. These guys were great, they know how to have fun, yet get business done while also creating an environment that is very welcoming. The whole dealership seemed happy and to enjoy their job. That says a lot! If your workers are happy they must be taken care of! I especially appreciated how they all flexed their schedule to help accommodate mine. These guys are great! I definitely recommend Glenn who was super knowledgeable about the car!! I really appreciated the extra time Glenn took to make sure my car was ready to go and took the time to teach me the ins and outs! More

Did buy the "environmental package" which is dealer speak for rustproofing. First there were the typical dealer games with the price starting at $1,500 and then lower and lower. Then at pickup appointment the salesman had a new customer so rushed us out the door. The icing on the cake was when recently we had the oil changed by our regular mechanic, who reported that we got the worst hit and miss "rustproofing" he'd seen. It was mostly miss! More
