Excellent Customer Service After going to Metro Ford and sitting and waiting for 4 hours Metro could not come to my price. They could have cared less if I bought a car or not. The next day I went to DePaula and talked to Allen Powell, inventory manager. Allen and Marat Lozhkin, sales consultant, worked with the the General Manager, Jay and between the three of those men who took the time to work with me did such a better deal than Metro could have ever thought of. Needless to say these 3 gentlemen are so professional and care about the customer not just the money. I would highly recommend them and DePaula Ford and staff to anyone who needs a car. Deceptive sales practices and waste of our time I called ahead to ask about a used 2015 Mazda6 with low miles and was told the car would be ready to drive. We drove 30 minutes to the dealer and the I called ahead to ask about a used 2015 Mazda6 with low miles and was told the car would be ready to drive. We drove 30 minutes to the dealer and the person we spoke with was nowhere to be found. When we finally got some help they could not find the car. They pushed us to drive a 2014 Mazda6 with 70k miles on it for $15k. They never found the low mileage car and worked up a 5 year high interest loan for my 22 year old son. They took nothing off of the asking price and had multiple fees in their offer. They offered my son $1800 trade for a car we sold for $4900. We were there almost 2 hours, completely wasting our time. We will never go back since it was a terrible experience. I am a very experienced car buyer and this dealer to be very deceptive. More

Quick and easy I just flipped a lease at DePaula. Initially I had an unfortunate experience with a sakes rep (Somer) who did not respond to my emails. Thanks to a very informed chat agent on the DePaula Ford website I found myself sitting at Michael Haertel's desk. First off Michael was very pleasant to talk to. Michael is patient, intelligent, and very knowledgeable. These attributes were just an added bonus. the real gift came when Michael helped me find the perfect balance among my needs, wants, and budget. I also want to thank Brian Belinsky. Between Brian putting in the extra hours needed, and his ability to work so well with Michael, I ended up getting a way better interest rate than someone with my credit score could expect. I have always considered myself a Honda guy, I gave Ford a chance and Depaula Ford assured I would never regret that change. I look forward to my next Ford purchase.
