We were greeted at the door by Mike Haertel, He asked us what sort of car we were looking for. He then proceeded to help us find the car that we wanted, There was no pressure, Everything was explained. And he answered all of our questions. After you decide to buy a car, you then need to talk to the finance person. That meeting is typically the meeting where they tell you how much the car will be financed for. Bryan Belinsky explained everything to us. Once again he didn't pressure us to buy the extras. Everything went smoothly. Once we bought the car, Dan Mojica showed us how to use certain things in the car, like SYNC and the driver's console. Cars are a lot more involved than they use to be. Dan explained how-to pair our cell phones, among other things. We were amazed at how the experience went. We were used to high pressure sales associates who try to talk you into buying something you don't want. Mike made the buying experience nice. Bryan answered our questions about financing, without confusing us. And Dan explained how to start feeling comfortable with the car. Thank you DePaula for making us feel good about purchasing a car from you. More
