Amazing is an understatement Who knew working with a car dealership could be so pleasant! I have never had such an enjoyable experience looking for a new vehicle. I initially went in to look at my lease end options. I planned to look at a Ford Escape and a Ford Edge and then make a final decision when my lease was up in a couple months. I walked in with my fiancé and we were helped within seconds. We were directed to salesman, Marat, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly and relatable, and answered our thousands of questions with a smile on his face. He took the time to show us all of our options and he went above and beyond to meet all of our requests. He gave us a tour of the dealership and introduced us to the service team. I did not plan on making any decisions for a couple of months, but Marat gave me such a good deal on a 2018 Ford Edge that I was driving it off of the lot in a week. We then had the pleasure of working with the finance guy, Mike. He had a great sense of humor and was such a pleasure to work with (he also wore the best suits). I cannot emphasize enough how enjoyable it was working with Marat and Mike. And throughout the entire experience their main concern was not selling me a car, but making sure I was having a pleasant experience. I don’t normally write reviews, but I had to give credit to Mike and Marat for their amazing customer service. If there’s an open cubicle at DePaula Ford, I would love to move in! Where am I When I first pulled in I had know idea where I was...it said Mazda on the front but collision center when I pulled in...confusingly I didn’t know wher When I first pulled in I had know idea where I was...it said Mazda on the front but collision center when I pulled in...confusingly I didn’t know where to park...once inside I felt more comfortable...The secretary was very polite and directed me where to go...I met with the Amanda who I was told was a new hire and was very polite but could tell needed help..but al and all she sold me the car so I am satisfied with what she delivered...but I felt like I sat alone because she had know idea how to talk to me..could be nerves on both our parts so.im forgiving sitting there feeling stupid...then I met with the financial guy who was nice but pretty smooth...got me hooked up with a great loan and I’d agreed to under carriage protection..I just wish he went over the loan details more...he was just a little to charming and if that’s what you want to do to sell more cars then shame on you...I’ve been driving this car for 3 weeks and I worry the transmission isn’t all it’s said to be...but I love my car so I’m going to deal with it for now...that said you need to work on your sales people..they need to be more sociable More
