The day came for me to pick up my preowned truck just to see it is covered in scratches, dents, and touch up paint. Mike got a hold of his manager right away. While was also helpful and agreed to fix all the issues with no argument. After I was referred to the body shop to fix everything, I was rescheduled 3 times due to not having a loaner vehicle for me. Mike made the arrangements for me to get one anyway, because of the crazy amount of times I was rescheduled. After having a nice rental or a week and a half, my truck was ready to be picked up. To my displeasure only some of it was fixed, but there were new places with touch up paint and sanding marks from the body work, as well as paint runs. I told the service manager on staff, as the body shop was closed and he agreed it was done poorly. Awaiting an answer on Monday from the body shop after them having my truck almost longer than I have since purchase. Disappointing in the long run, but some helpful staff makes it easier. More

He wasn't too pushy (although the finance guy was a bit overbearing... trying to get us to buy additional coverage) but quite attentive. Once we had made the decision to buy the car our sales rep was very accessible and took care of all of our needs promptly leaving us very little to do but show up, sign some papers and take home our car.
