We purchased a new Ford Escape to replace our 2006 Mazda Tribute and had a great experience. Everyone was very helpful and not pushy in this buying experience from Sal in Finance directing us to Dalton as our sales consultant, to Michael one of the sales managers, Bryan in finance, Jay who made sure all went smoothly, and Devin you fixed my phone with Sync (after having contacting Sync support and them not able to fix the issue). When we arrived at the dealership, he came outside to greet us and offered to help us and we declined. He didn’t interrupt us again for nearly 2 hours. He was very friendly and attentive. As he toured us around the dealership we were impressed at how everyone smiled and greeted us, even though we were disrupting their work. Steve called to see if we had any questions. He was very kind, realistic and honest. We were looking at another additional add-on for the car we purchased and he recommended that we consider doing this upgrade outside of the dealership. We really appreciated this honesty, even though it was a small loss for the dealership. Finally, we met with Mackenzie. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. She wasn’t bothered by our questions. I will definitely be recommended DePaula and Albert to my friends and family. More
