The next morning they called me and ask me . How was things were going and what happen. I told the girl on the phone. They kept me waiting way to long to get my loan. I dont have bad credit. ' 760. She asked Me when can I come back in? I said in about an hour,and if they treat me like they did lastnight. I will walk and I wont be back !! She set me up with sales people. I went back and was treated very good.. I was hard on the sales people. I went over my truck & terms. The final was I had a question about it. Big deal Maybe ?? The sales person went and got the service manager. The service manager came out and told me the reason. He said If I have any questions or concerns . He will take care of me and he will back my truck.. So, I took my truck. I really like my F 150, More I drive it the better I like it !Knock on wood.. oh yea . I got the truck home and my grandson came out and said. Hey Poppy!! Why is there a Lience Plate in your back window?? The sales person forgot to take the dealer plate out of the back window. :-) I called and told the sales dept. they asked me where I live.. I said I would bring the plate back the next morning. I did. over all very happy with My truck & Depaula Ford. I was hard and when they put the deal together. I thank them .. Good Job Depaula Ford . More
Disappointed, unorganized, rude, no communication within Management is rude and doesn’t keep appointments even after purchasing the car he was still extremely rude. Great Experience The Service department at DePaula Ford is fantastic. For some many years we have had to tolerate other service departments at other dealerships. For this appointment, our service advisor was new. I believe his name was Billy. He did a great job. He listened to us, as far as what we needed service to do. He kept us informed. Our car was ready within the time he told us. More
Best car buying experience ever!!! After having no luck buying a car in my area, I sent a message on a vehicle I saw online at DePaulas. It was almost 8pm when I sent it & was surprised to get a call back that night from Jessica. She let me know someone would contact me in the morning about my offer. Jim called me first thing to let me know it was excepted. From there I worked with Marat & Mike to close the deal. They got back to me anytime I had a question or concern. The customer service was excellent!! I drove 1 1/2 to get my new car & will be a returning customer. I cant say enough about this dealership.! Thank you! More

Never again! I worked with Trevor to buy my 2014 Subaru Forester and he was great! The management and financial dept on the other hand were the absolute worst to w I worked with Trevor to buy my 2014 Subaru Forester and he was great! The management and financial dept on the other hand were the absolute worst to work with. When I went to test drive the car there was a nest in with the spare tire and as you can imagine it raised a few concerns. I was told numerous times it would be thoroughly cleaned before I picked it up and I asked for it to be sprayed with a pesticide to make sure no fleas or other bugs were left from whatever animal was nesting in there. I was promised that would be done as well. I test drove the car on a Friday and wanted to pick it up Monday and would like to have all necessary paperwork sent to me by Saturday so I could get the financing situated with my bank for Monday, which didn’t happen. On Monday I spoke to Trevor on and off he seemed to be getting everything in order for me. From the time I decided to buy the car I informed them I would be financing threw my own bank, I was bullied numerous times by the finance dept to let them try to get me a lower interest rate so i did finally let them, and he ran my ssn three times. They couldn’t beat the interest rate and was still called numerous times on Monday to still try to get me to finance threw them and even after I again told them no he continued to call me about a warranty I also declined. Told me I could add it to my loan blah blah blah to the point where at 4:30 my bank still had not received the proper paperwork. I feel like I was completely bullied about financing threw them and getting a warranty and that they waited until the absolute last minute to send the paperwork over hoping I would change my mind. When I went to pick up my car it had been barely cleaned (supposed to be fully detailed inside and out), there was still animal fur in with the spare they had to vacuum out when I got there and told them, no pesticides sprayed, outside cleaned but not very good, half a tank of gas (was told it would be filled) and to top it all off I still haven’t heard back about the second key I was supposed to receive. I thought going threw a known dealership would be my better option but I honestly will never buy from them again after the poor service I received. More
Escape 2019 Our sales person Bill was excellent - I had to reach out to him often before the final purchase and he was always accommodating - even on his days off Our sales person Bill was excellent - I had to reach out to him often before the final purchase and he was always accommodating - even on his days off! We are still waiting for our thank you gift from the finance guy ...and we only had one key supplied at day of purchase - so making the trip back to Albany to get that done. All in all - great car and great dealership. More
Purchased 2019 Fusikon Energi 7/19/2019 I Leased the new car on 7/19 and reported to salesman a week later it was missing floor mats in the back, and the moon roof was leaking. He assured me that he was going to talk to service and take care of things, communicated at least 3 times and once on phone, 8/8/2019 still no word. Requested mats to be sent to my home or work, going to another dealer to have moon roof looked at/fixed. More
