They told me it was my last free oil change. I have an extended plan I paid $2,900 for. They said they had no record of it. The papers are in my glove box. Courteous service, transparency of work and fast service. To start, this is the 2nd car I purchased from Joe. My last one was a year and a half ago! I had sent Joe a message and first thing he asked was- “is everything okay?” I said of course. Joe isn’t here for the sale. He’s here to make sure you are happy and all your expectations are met. He far exceeded! Depaula Ford is great! I purchased a used vehicle and there was a minor error in the numbers. They did their part to make it right. I left with the vehicle that day. Throughout the slip up Joe continued to make sure I was happy and that he could do whatever it takes to get me the car I wanted in my price range.
