He was a great pleasure to work with and has totally changed our view. He is very polite, knowledgeable about the vehicles and worked hard to get us the price we were comfortable with. We purchased the car on the spot. Ross is an asset to the dealership and the community. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. My daughters new car has been in the service dept since June 1st for a shattered sunroof. The dealership was vandalized and they claim the mid pipe was stolen, Fixed it only to determine that the flex pipe June 1st for a shattered sunroof. They do not have a line of communication with their customers. Numerous phone calls were never returned. Nothing they have said has even remotely been true. Very disappointed in their customer service. I am having to claim all of this on my insurance. Horrible place to deal with!! More
