My daughters new car has been in the service dept since June 1st for a shattered sunroof. The dealership was vandalized and they claim the mid pipe was stolen, Fixed it only to determine that the flex pipe June 1st for a shattered sunroof. They do not have a line of communication with their customers. Numerous phone calls were never returned. Nothing they have said has even remotely been true. Very disappointed in their customer service. I am having to claim all of this on my insurance. Horrible place to deal with!! More
Ross, the Salesperson, was very personable and took his time with us. Kelly in Finance was a joy to work with. It was a great experience. I first started my car buying experience by going to a different dealership at the recommendation of my work and it was an awful experience they kept trying to switch numbers around and charge way too muc different dealership at the recommendation of my work and it was an awful experience they kept trying to switch numbers around and charge way too much and basically bully me into buying a vehicle from them. I came down to demontrond after I test drove a hyundai at the other dealership and thought I'd give it a shot. Mark met me right at the door asked me exactly what I was looking for and around what price. He told me exactly when something was out of my price range and found me the best deal and everyone worked super hard to get me exactly what I needed I've never had a car buying experience go as well as it did here. Everyone was laid back and didnt harass you into spending more. 1000 % recommend getting a car from these people!! Thank you Mark Booth for all the help!! More

I used to love this place but my car has been in collision for the last 3 months being fixed. It should have been totaled but GEICO says it has to be fixed. Now, I am told they have discovered some wires & need a new harness although it's supposedly in the paint shop. It will be at least another week. I'm getting the same tired excuses, couldn't get parts, it had $13,000 worth of damage, they have 200 other cars that they are fixing, they needed chips, ad nauseam. I want it back!!! It is in collision, not service. I have been dealing w/Clint & Adrian. Clint made me so mad that I cussed him out, which is rare for me. More
