I actually flew from NYC to Dwight, IL to pick up the vehicle & Mike gave me a very nice welcome & told me car will be ready to go as I get there. As I walked into the delarship, Mike had my car ready with full details with full tank gas to drive back to NYC. She was very knowledgable about the vehicle, especially the electronic features, and took the time to give me an over view and how Brenda was amazing!
