I brought my flex in for an oil change and it was time for new tires, they were ordered in a timely manner and I was able to leave my car overnight for service and pick up the next day due to another appointment of my own. Tires are great and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. I live out of town so the customer service was above and beyond. More

Great truck buying experience! After searching for an F150 to replace my 01, I came across one that was thousands less than anything that I saw that was comparable on line. This one After searching for an F150 to replace my 01, I came across one that was thousands less than anything that I saw that was comparable on line. This one was 3 hours away in another state. When I called the dealership, Brenda answered and I immediately felt comfortable with who I was talking to. What I appreciated about her is that she was TOTALLY honest about the condition of the truck. It is a 2010 so it had a few very minor scratches and a very small tear in the seat and that it was previously owned by a smoker. All of these things she told me before I drove 3 hours to see the truck. I did buy the truck and I’m very glad I made the trip to Dwight IL and Delong Ford. Brenda was a joy to work with and she showed me how to operate all of the technical features of the Sony audio navigation and phone system. All of my family and friends love the truck and I anticipate several years of driving it. More
