My husband even gave the girl the Vinh # for the pictures and come to find out they were of a brand new car instead of the actual car they were selling. Buyers beware! I should have read the reviews before engaging this dealership. Buyers beware! I was shown one price and then got all the way done with paying and at I should have read the reviews before engaging this dealership. Buyers beware! I was shown one price and then got all the way done with paying and at the end I found out there was an additional $5000 added to our total. The paper they have you sign before you go to pay that shows the price was never disclosed to us and then the only explanation was that they all have a mark up on them and they thought we knew that. In the end the only option was that they would split the difference and only do a $2500 mark up. Not good business at all and very bait and switch. After reading other reviews it seems to happen a lot with this dealership. It's too bad. I will continue my relationship with Bob Moore and just order one from them. It's sad when customer service doesn't mean anything anymore. More

My bf bought a truck from them on Veterans Day, he’s a vet, he drove it for close to a month, they called him a couple days ago and said that the deal that he signed, that they said they already had approved, they couldn’t make it work. He went to take the truck back today and while we were there they tried to make a deal with us to make us keep it, but we had noticed while having it that the transmission is messed up and the AC doesn’t work. We asked them to fix that stuff, which should’ve been checked before we bought it and the sales manager said no he wasn’t going to do that. When I told him that they didn’t even service the vehicle before giving it to us he looked at me and very disrespectfully said “Are you on the loan? Then legally I don’t have to talk to you”. My boyfriend told them to keep their truck and we left. They are crooks, they are disrespectful, and they sell their used vehicles without even servicing them. More
