Easy going, not at all pushy. We shopped around for a week looking for the perfect truck for our family. We'd found one we loved at a different dealership but the salesman was l We shopped around for a week looking for the perfect truck for our family. We'd found one we loved at a different dealership but the salesman was less than friendly and then told us he had someone coming in at 8am to buy the truck tomorrow. Ticked me off because I know a sales tactic (big fat lie) when I hear one. We went home to think about it and kept looking online. We found a few contenders and made an appointment with Brad at David Stanley Ford. He was friendly, outgoing and had a trustworthiness about him that we liked right away. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles he showed us and didn't act like an overbearing parent when we test drove them. We appreciated that after one of our last test drive sessions. Haha He found us the perfect truck! When it came time for negotiations, "NO" was not their default answer. They worked with us and we came to a price we were all happy with. We now have a gorgeous truck sitting in the driveway and not a fraction of buyers remorse. Thank you Brad (and Chris and Tony) for an awesome experience and an awesome truck! More

Unpleasant Experience Negotiating purchase of vehicle was just fine, but not totally honest. Once vehicle was purchased and delivered to me, attitude of dealer personnel changed completely. No explanation of features was offered. No word on warranty. Nothing on Sirius Radio. Vehicle not at all clean. Personnel contacted were not able to answer my questions. Seems as though dealership personnel knew very little bout the product they offered. No introduction to service department or service manager. More
