Felt very comfortable When I arrived I just started walking around the lot looking at cars because I knew someone would come to me. That was Mark. We chatted for a while an When I arrived I just started walking around the lot looking at cars because I knew someone would come to me. That was Mark. We chatted for a while and he asked about what I was looking for in a car. He went inside and printed out a list of cars to look at based on what I told him and his own knowledge about what I might like. He was right. He told me some things about the Explorer that I didn't know and showed off one to me that I fell in love with. He could see that I liked it a lot too. I feel like I am pretty stingy, some could say cheap when it comes to haggling and I always feel like I'm not getting a good deal. It did take some time, but I could tell that mark was really trying for me when talking to his sales manager. We got the price dropped almost 8k and even got me more with my trade in. It was the first car that I bought that I truly felt I got a great deal on. I ended up with a 2014 explorer limited edition for around 27k out the door. I would truly recommend Mark Anderson. More

First, I did not have salesmen rushing up to me while I was browsing their selection. Once I had decided on a vehicle, I approached a salesman and asked to be shown a vehicle. C.J. did an awesome job and was very energetic and ready to help. When I was ready to purchase, I found Brian Black (manager) to be extremely pleasant to deal with. He did not argue with me or try to talk down to me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. He listened well and sought approval quickly. Working the deal took very little time compared to other vehicle purchases I have made. All-in-all, I was only at the dealer for about 2.5 hours. This included my searching, test drive, deal, finance, and delivery. They have changed my previous opinion of what a dealership should be!!! More
