Also take note that I do not live near these dealerships, and I live over and hour and a half almost 2 hours away... On Friday May 20th, 2016 I was encouraged to bring in my trade in to the dealership and take advantage by a sales man. He had claimed he had me approved after receiving my credit app over the phone, and that with their $1 down gets me out of up to $12,000 negative equity promotion I would be good to go. However that was not the story.. After picking a truck, and re filling out a credit app I was asked for a cosigner. However I grew up with out family, and in return I have no family no. So that means no cosigner, and I explained that to the sales man. So his "Sales Manager" came over to ask the same question. I promptly advised him I do not have a cosigner. He stated "Ok let me see what I can do I will be right back". As soon as he left the salesman came in and handed me my keys to my trade in and stated "It's up front" and walked away. This whole scenario took a total of 5 hours. Fast forward to that evening I received a phone call from a girl named Summer I believe. She asked how was my experience obviously probing why I didn't buy and if she could sell me. I explained everything to her, she stated "Let me take this to my GM, hes over the Sales Manager, and doesn't like this stuff and I will call you back in 30 min." Now I've heard this tactic used before in sales, and it's just to get rid of me. I waited for 3 hours and no call, so I called and asked for Summer. I was told "Summer has gone home for the evening try back tomorrow". Fast forward to 10 am the following day I called and was told by Summer "I'm still waiting on an answer I will call you". Best part is Summer never called back.. EVER! Fast forward two hours and I was contacted by someone at this location asking about my trade in, when I explained everything Hunter Goat my salesman asked for a credit app so that I wouldn't waste a 2 hour one way trip in. Hunter called me back about 15 min later saying "Hey I have 2 approvals for you when can you get here?". Now my dumb self thought hey maybe they actually do, so I preceded to drive in. Once I got there Hunter was with someone else, so Mark Anderson took over, and "attempted" to help me. After telling me I can't get something new, he presented a used option. I looked it over, and decided I would take it as it was a very nice truck. They haggled over more down payment, and I stood firm on my 1,000. Now this is after they wouldn't take my trade in as I owed to much on my 2012 Mustang. After finally getting an "Approval" I went to finance. This is where I meet Matt Foster, who spends the next hour and half "Securing" my financing. Matt comes back in with the paper work and starts to have me sign the contract. He then allows me to put a check on hold till the 1st of June as I'm a disabled Veteran and that's receive my money. I leave the dealership after 7 hours there, and the truck in my possession with the intent on coming back June 1st to pay the down payment and pick up my papers. Fast forward to June first I get a phone call while I'm about 10 min from the dealership. "Hey Justin it's Matt Foster, we may have to have you come in and restructure the deal. Also if we need to we can look at another vehicle if your wan't. I don't know if the payment will go up of down." I explain to him I'm almost there. I get there about 10 min later go up to Matt's office and wait for him. He doesn't show up for about 15 min so someone goes and gets him. A man named Tony from finance walks up, and asks if Matt had told me we need a new vehicle. I explained exactly what Matt had said and it didn't say I "Had" to get a new vehicle. He said "All we need to do is go look for a different truck". I asked how much was I approved for? He stated "$12,200" so I said "So you guys are xxxxing me?" He said "No body is xxxxing your Mr. Wooten so just calm down". He then said he would be right back. Fast forward 30 min Matt Foster says he will be right back with me. Fast forward another 30 min a man shows up and says "Justin come with me I'm going to show you some trucks". I follow the man knowing this wont be good, as we are walking through the show room he asks where I'm from to which I reply Watonga to far away. He replies "Hey don't get an attitude with me get one with finance." We walk over to their bad credit lot and he tells me to sit in his office he will be right with me. Fast forward 30 to 40 min I watch him walk outside and starting smoking and joking with some people. Obviously not helping me. I also guess I he figured I couldn't see him laughing, joking, and chilling in the office in the back. Not long after he went outside another man walks in and announces he's the sales manager. He asks me whats going on so I explain everything, and at this point I'm extremely agitated I have missed some very important meetings with some big Veteran Organizations for a promotion I'm doing for Range 15 a movie coming out in June. He tells me he was trying to get me into this 05 dodge ram with 133,000 miles. I explain I have seen that truck the interior is ripped to shreds, and the exterior is all beat up. If you don't believe me go look on your site at the pictures. He says well I'm going to need the key's to the truck you drove back. I ask him who is giving me a ride 2 hours home. He says no body, and asks for the keys again. I explain I have my gun and a bunch of other stuff in there, so he says fine let's go get it. I at this point was extremely upset and on the verge of having a anxiety attack from my PTSD. I go out to my vehicle and grab my items, and ask if this is how you treat people? Especially Veterans? His response "We don't care, and we don't care that your a Veteran. You can't afford this truck, and don't want that other used one so ohh well. Give me the keys." At this point I about lost my cool, but I'm a better man than that so I walked away and proceeded to stand in the rain waiting for someone to make the drive from home to come pick me up which again was 2 hours! So let's break this down... You lied, false advertised, bait and switched me, and left me in the rain litterly when you didn't want my business any more. Also if you wan't a witness to any of this ask the American Glass guys... They watched the whole thing... More

He 5/30/16 I bought a car from David Stanley Ford. My salesman was JP MCKNIGHT. I told JP what down payment I had and the monthly payment I wanted. He showed me everything in my reach, instead of what he thought I should buy which is usually how I am treated when buying a car. Thank you JP for my best car buying experience.
