Mortified & Astonished My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Dave Stanley Ford in Midwest City Oklahoma. Our experience is one I am compelled to share. Let me begin My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Dave Stanley Ford in Midwest City Oklahoma. Our experience is one I am compelled to share. Let me begin by telling you that our salesperson, Tony Boyiddle (Internet Sales),TRULY AMAZING….Just absolutely amazing. He made the huge, tedious task of helping my husband and I find “my perfect” vehicle quite pleasant and left me successfully pleased with excitement. And the cold bottled water is free!! Heavenly when it is hot outside. I was pre-approved thru a loan company that referred me to Dave Stanley Ford which led me to believe that the rest of this should go fairly smooth. The hard parts are taken care of, so I assumed. Tony Boyiddle, our wonderful salesman, took all our information to what appears to be where the finance part is worked out. Tony was going back and forth between us at his desk and “the office” to relay information to see if we could come to an agreement. Then a man came over to my husband and I and introduced himself as Jeremy Houghton. He showed us a dollar amount wrote on a piece of paper that would be our payments. My husband and I both expressed firmly what we can pay successfully. My husband voiced this several times before I tried. Jeremy was increasingly getting agitated and impatient as we were not allowing him to manipulate us into an agreement we could not honor. My husband and I both became very uncomfortable. So I tried again to explain to Jeremy in a different way to get him to understand our realistic expectations. I also expressed that we wanted a straight forward answer if an agreement is possible or not. I assured Jeremy that either way we are okay with it and we would walk away and possibly and come back at a later time. Jeremy was talking over me, interrupting me and increasingly becoming agitated and hostile. Jeremy’s replies consisted of insulting our intelligence. He told us our requests were basically stupid. The word he used was “dumb and impossible”. He responded rudely to us when we consistently and firmly would not allow him to talk us into an agreement we could not honor successfully. Jeremy’s behavior was completely embarrassing, disrespectful and very unprofessional. I was extremely uncomfortable by this point. At one point I found myself asking why I am allowing this man to be so disrespectful and aggressively rude. My husband immediately took control of the situation because it had completely entered a state of insulting, disrespectful rudeness. He stood up and said to me” come on babe let’s go- this is crazy”. Jeremy aggressively stood up on the other side of Tony’s desk and loudly raised his voice and said rudely to my husband and I “well then get the xxxx out of my store”. I was immediately paralyzed with shock, embarrassment, disrespect and a few more that a respectable lady should just not voice out loud. It took everything in me to remain calm to get our keys from them so I could remove us from this situation immediately. My Husband naturally became angry as Jeremy was very disrespectful to the woman he has honored as his wife for 21 wonderful years. So I headed to “the office” to get my keys. As I was walking into “the office; Jeremy was saying to the guys in there” He jumped up in my face and threatened me”. I was mortified with his lies. I immediately said to him, “Sir you were very rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional and now you are a liar. You were on the other side of the desk and my husband did not get in your face nor did he threaten you, He stood up, grabbed my purse while telling to me “let’s go”. By this time I was so discombobulated I could barely function. We left Dave Stanley Ford with so many terrible emotions that processing them was overwhelming. All I knew was Jeremy’s behavior was something that no one should ever be exposed to; much less experience it firsthand being a victim of it. I was mortified in several complicated ways. I myself being an Administrative Operations Manager for a multi-million dollar company have never witnessed such a terrible representation of a successful company. When I found out that Jeremy Houghton is a Manager I was even more mortified and completely left astonished. I have never in my life put any of my employees in a position where they could not successfully accomplish their job. Tony B lost this sale and it was completely at the fault of his boss. Wow! The compassion I feel for those employees who work under Jeremy motivates me to want to shed light on who is leading them and the behavior he displays. Maybe someone else will have compassion as well for the employee's who are forced to have to work under him. I cannot imagine how difficult it was for Tony B to remain an employee under a man clearly making simple processes extremely difficult to accomplish. As my husband and I were having lunch and still processing what happened my phone rang. It was Tony B on the other end. He immediately apologized for the behavior of his boss. He went on to tell me that he talked to someone(not sure who) and that he could get the vehicle we wanted at so & so price and if we wanted to we could come in and go straight up to the finance office. That way we would not have to even see Jeremy. He also was able to get our tax title and license paid for. Now let me tell you something amazing. It is very hard to turn my husband’s mind around. We both were adamant on not wanting to ever have to deal with Dave Stanley Ford again in our lives. Well Tony made history that day because he was able to turn both of our minds around. I was impressed by his complete compassion and diligence in making sure he did whatever it took to rectify a very ugly experience. After several conversations we decided that we would go in and at least hear what they had to say. That was the least we could do for Tony’s because he did not give up and he valued our opinion of Dave Stanley Ford. If it was not for his genuine compassion and respect for our well being and experience at Dave Stanley Ford, we would not have stepped foot back in that place. Well Done Tony B!! The next person we encountered when we went straight upstairs was Tony Lanteri. He is the “real finance guy”. As we were in his office discussing our options we began to feel at ease. Tony was very pleasant to both of us. My husband began to explain to Tony L how we are completely impressed with Tony B and all his hard work given the ugly circumstances with our encounter with Jeremy. As we elaborated on what had taken place you could see the display of utter shock on Tony L’s face. He continued to listen to us. His honest compassion to work diligently to ensure that we both walked away with a new perspective on how we see Dave Stanley Ford was exceptional. He respected our requirements that had to be met so we could successfully arrive to an agreement. Which are the same ones Jeremy labeled as “dumb & impossible”. Tony Boyiddle and tony Lanteri both saved the reputation in our minds of Dave Stanley Ford. They treated us with the respect and honor. That has changed our whole experience around. They both made sure that Jeremy’s treatment towards us was not a reflection on how they do business at Dave Stanley Ford. We till this day have not received a phone call from anyone in the upper management department. This has me a little bit baffled, especially because this man is part of management at this company. I am not sure as to why they have not. But I will say I feel compelled to let everyone out there know that Tony Boyiddle & Tony Lanteri are the employee’s all of us Managers wish we had. They both made sure the company they work for is represented by them in a very upstanding, honorable way. They went above and beyond anything I had ever expected. My husband and I left Dave Stanley Ford the first time completely mortified and astonished. Tony B & Tony L were able to restore our opinion of Dave Stanley Ford. Even though we will always be mortified and astonished with Jeremy’s display of rude treatment, we will forever be impressed with the treatment we received from Tony Boyiddle & Tony Lanteri. We left the second time with a sense of utter appreciation. Thank you Tony Boyiddle & Tony Lanteri! You both made Dave Stanley Ford a better experience for us. Left with my dream car, couldn't have found a better place! I came in to look at the car of my dreams, I fell in love with it immediately. I had made an appointment to come test-drive the car, Cody Waddle was so thoughtful he got the car and cooled it off for us before the test-drive. It was a 100+ outside at the time. He made sure we all had something to drink the entire time we were there. If he thought our drinks were getting warm he would ask if we needed cold ones. He took the time to answer every question I had, there was't one question that was not answered. I have never had a better experience. He will absolutely be my car salesmen for life. He made us feel welcome and comfortable, he was easy to voice any concerns I had and addressed them thoroughly. The people who helped me with my car make David Stanley stand apart from other dealerships. There just is not enough good things I can say about David Stanly and Cody Waddle, just absolutely over the top! More

Mr. Shafer spent several hours with us during multiple visits as we considered our purchase options, and was a business professional from introduction onward. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating throughout the entire process, and put us at ease as we finalized our decision on a new SUV. We highly recommend purchasing from David Stanley Ford, and we highly recommend asking for Denton Shafer while you're there; he will be an advocate for you and your business, and will make sure all of your car-buying needs are met before you happily drive off in your newly purchased Ford! Deceitful and dishonest The service center technician installed a new compressor but the AC still did not work. Took it to a garage and the mechanic there told me the compressor had been installed incorrectly and the new compressor was now ruined. They tried to cover their incompetence by charging me more money. More

It was fanasti thought noway get a car but i did I thought with my credit not gonna be able to get a car. But Mr. Tony he went out of his way to make it possible to get a great ride. Empty Promises I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I noticed some damage on the front bumper. I asked the sales person (Jessica SoHero) about it and she I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I noticed some damage on the front bumper. I asked the sales person (Jessica SoHero) about it and she told me that it was overlooked at trade in and she would have it fixed. She was supposed to have called me by the following Wednesday to make arrangements. Needless to say she did not call. I went back to the dealership and was treated very unprofessionally by Taylor Vaughn. I finally was contacted from Jessica and she passed me off to Taylor because she was moving to another dealership. Taylor never contacted me. His supervisor contacted me and made arrangements for me to get estimates from the body shop. I contacted Scott Byrd once I had the estimate. He was supposed to make arrangements for me to get a rental car while my car was being repaired. This has never happened. I have called him several times with no returned call. Needless to say my car still has not been repaired. I purchased the car March 5, 2016. I do not recommend this delearship!!! More

From the time we arrived to the time we left, these great people answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable. Even while we waited for our turn with Tony Lanteri in finance, both Bob and Chris checked on us and brought us water to drink. We highly recommend David Stanley Ford in Midwest City.
