New car purchase I've been using this location for service only on my 2012 Mustang for about 5 yrs now [bought in TX but transplanted here due to a job at Tinker] and I've been using this location for service only on my 2012 Mustang for about 5 yrs now [bought in TX but transplanted here due to a job at Tinker] and -- YES I've had a few run-ins with some questionable MX services AND service advisors here and there -- but overall it's been pretty good. However, yesterday I purchased my first vehicle from them and I can honestly say it was an A number 1 experience from start to finish. I had brought my 2012 in for it's 75K mile service [and granted had been wanting to trade it in for a good 6 mos now] but didn't figure yesterday to be the day with mine in service for MX. Allison M. was an awesome service advisor [as she has been way back to the Joe Cooper days] and also referred me to Jimmy S. back in Sales who really master-minded and set-up the entire 2017 Mustang purchase starting first thing in the morning during our texting. When I came to pick up my vehicle out of MX [after work around 4:30 or so] I decided to get with Jimmy S. and test drive the 2017 model since he had it sitting off to the side for me. I actually took the test drive with Cody W. [Sales Professional] and was immediately hooked. Jimmy S. turned me over to Cody W. who handled the entire deal with class. From there I went upstairs to sit with Justin D. [Finance Mgr] who was also first-class in customer service and explained everything fully and worked me thru everything to get the best deal for my situation. All four individuals deserve a pat on the back for making THIS particular car buying experience -- such an awesome one! Thanks again. More

Ultimately, the Explorer didn't work for my family because once we installed our rear-facing c I visited David Stanley Ford to test drive an Explorer. Ultimately, the Explorer didn't work for my family because once we installed our rear-facing car seat (which is bigger than most) in the 2nd row, it didn't leave enough leg room in the front seat for my tall husband and me. But my salesperson, CJ, couldn't have been more awesome. He was knowledgable, helpful, and gentlemanly enough to carry the heavy car seat around for me all afternoon as we tried to install it in different vehicles and configurations. He was never pushy or off-putting. If I return to shop for a Ford again, I'm asking for CJ. More
