After getting the run around and dealing with the unprofessional manner of the Internet Sales Representative, I decided to drive from Elgin to Midwest After getting the run around and dealing with the unprofessional manner of the Internet Sales Representative, I decided to drive from Elgin to Midwest City (160 miles round trip,) to discuss my displeasure with the General Manager. I met him, Rick Crawford, and told him the experience I had with his employee/dealership. He was concerned about how i'd been dealt with and worked on getting me a good deal. We came to an agreement on purchasing a vehicle that day. The vehicle needed to get some work done on it and couldn't be taken home with me that day. He had it delivered to me this pass Saturday. Rick treated me with the utmost respect and truely worked hard to get my business. Although his dealership is miles away, I will consider him and his dealership for any further vehicle purchases and recommend this dealership to everyone I know. More
