Navigation system stopped working after last service. Error message stated SD Card was removed. Was told the SD card reader was bad. Purchased new one from GM website. Jeremy as always was great,, very accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately, he was hospitalized, and my car service was not completed due to being overlooked by other service advisors covering for Jere helpful. Brought my vehicle in on a scheduled appointment. After 3 or 4 hours, I had to call them to get a status. They told me they did a tire rotation and that wasn't able to fix my issue and it was a large After 3 or 4 hours, I had to call them to get a status. The issue I have with this was that my car was sitting there for hours after a rotation and no one cared to call me to let me know what they have done and what would need to be worked on. This is not the first time I have dealt with this place. I will not go back. Ever! More
