Horrible follow up! They coach you thru you satisfaction email for good ratings then for get about you. Drove 1 1/2 hrs to pick up new truck. As usual, I experienced excellent service. Craig was very helpful and called after I had dropped off my truck to ensure that they were clear on all the issues I was experiencing.
