We are centrally located North of Fort Walton Beach and Destin, East of Pensacola and Milton, just a few miles south Florala and Andalusia, Alabama, and just West of Defuniak Springs, Dothan, and Panama City. What a great experience buying a car from David Scott Lee Buick.This is the second new car my wife and I have purchased within a year. Both times they made it a easy and a pleasant experience. We both would like to thank Jose Cruz Finance Manager for doing all the paperwork prior to us driving our new car off their lot. Jose explained everything we needed to know about the car and all warranty details plus so much more. He was very experienced on his job and made the final stop in the process extremely easy and understanding to both of us. Prior to this whole process I was looking at the new cars in the parking lot and a sales lady named Dani Partridge approached me and ask me if I needed any help. I told her I was looking for a certain type of car and the interior color I was looking for. She said she knew of one and we went directly to a new 2024 Buick Envista. The car was a perfect match and while inside the vehicle she explained all the details of the vehicle and operation details the car had I was unfamiliar with. Dani Partridge was a Certified Sales Associate and was very knowledgeable on every detail I ask her about and many more she told my wife and I about that we both had never experienced on some of our prior vehicles. We went inside the dealership and went over the vehicles features,warranty and the price of the vehicle. We both liked the car and made a firm offer. It was not the first price she gave us but offered a lower price and she took it to her manager and he gave his approval. All while this was going on, my 2022 GMC Savana Custom 9 passenger van was getting the warranty oil/filter change,tire rotation and complete vehicle checkout by the certified GMC technician. My van was completed exactly as I had expected along with a complete wash job. This was my wife and I second experience in buying a new vehicle from Scott Lee and both times it was a Wow experience by everyone involved with our buying experience. One person I also want to mention is the person who I meet at the front entrance of the dealership at the very front desk. His name is Andrew and every time I enter this place he smiles and shakes my hand asif he had always known me. Also thanks to Craig Barger service advisor for repair or warranty scheduled maintenance. If you are looking for any type of new or used vehicle for yourself,family member or friend .....consider going to David Scott Lee Buick. More

Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance for 10 in the morning, waited 4 hours for an oil change with no explanation. What’s the point in making an appointment if it’s going to take 4 hours for an oil cha morning, waited 4 hours for an oil change with no explanation. LaToya Thompson was a wonderful sales rep. She was professional and courteous. I would recommend her to a future buyer. However..... a 4 hr wait to buy a car diminishes her work. In the 21st century, this process should be so much faster. So much waiting, walking back and forth to different offices, just standing around, etc. I understand the negotiation process can take a few minutes, but once a agreement is reached, processing the paperwork should be quick. Most everything is probably automated. More
