New Dodge on a whim Initially very hesitant to do it. The price was irresistible and I was very nervous about giving them the 500 non refundable. He did say that he would take pictures of the truck I bought but never did get around to it. So it made me nervous buying something without even seeing a picture. When I got there I was half expecting to see a different color truck than what I inquired about but to my relief, it was my truck! Plus, he had me on the road in less that 2 hrs!!!!! would/will definitely go back! More

Could not get a response (any kind at all, email or phone after l Sales person had very limited knowledge, including knowledge of the car I purchased. Could not get a response (any kind at all, email or phone after leaving dozens of messages) from them for days / weeks at a time. Made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle from them anyway, which will never go back there. Then to top it off the accessory folks sold me floor mats that never showed up and I was charged anyway, they NEVER supplied shipment tracking information. I do not trust these folks - Be careful dealing with them. More
