Avoid this place like the plague! These guys sold me a truck that only had 40k miles on it for a price tag of 28k. The motor blew up 6 months later and will now cost me 10k to fix. Dave Smith Motors will not stand behind their vehicles and won’t help in any way. They said it’s all on me for not buying their warranty. Funny story on that, their finance guy marked up their warranty over 1k when he initially sold it to me at a price tag of $3200. Once I found that out, I cancelled it the next day. He proves my point that he took advantage of me to begin with when he says “actually I can get you that same warranty for $2200 instead”. I was shocked at this and took a hard pass. That left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. Snake oil salesman and not doing the right thing here. I’d rather stab my eye with a fork than deal with this disgusting dealership again! More
