Undoubtedly the worst customer service I've ever received anywhere. I have called and emailed the salesman that I initially worked with (Price) and two managers (Willis and Colleen), and after more than a month and 10 attempts, still nothing. They also claim to be the best deal around, with prices "too low to list," but that's just advertising propaganda; they aren't a better deal than anywhere else, and the customer service is trash. Shop elsewhere. More

Very poor communications on recall. I bought a 2014 Silverado in September of 2019. I asked that all the updates and recalls be done before it was shipped to me and Sabastian the sales man said that th Silverado in September of 2019. I asked him at least 2 times via email, and also on the phone. The truck had been at their dealership for months before I purchased it via the internet. I got a notice from GM this last week that the recall was never done. I sent 3 requests to Dave Smith. A sales manager responded, and said He would work on it. I am still waiting for their reply to what my options are. A recall this important should have been done, especially in the time the truck was at the dealership. Shows they also drove it a few thousand miles, which is fine, but not to do the recall is unacceptable. I heard so much good about them and decided to give them a try. This is the last vehicle my family will by from Dave Smith. Salesman was not honest at all to move a vehicle. Lied at least 3 times to me. More

HORRIBLE customer care. I bought a 50k car from them on the promise they would replace the windshield. They went back on that when i had to re schedule the install and refused to replace it. Avoid this place like the plague! These guys sold me a truck that only had 40k miles on it for a price tag of 28k. The motor blew up 6 months later and will now cost me 10k to fix. Dave Smith Motors will not stand behind their vehicles and won’t help in any way. They said it’s all on me for not buying their warranty. Funny story on that, their finance guy marked up their warranty over 1k when he initially sold it to me at a price tag of $3200. Once I found that out, I cancelled it the next day. He proves my point that he took advantage of me to begin with when he says “actually I can get you that same warranty for $2200 instead”. I was shocked at this and took a hard pass. That left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. Snake oil salesman and not doing the right thing here. I’d rather stab my eye with a fork than deal with this disgusting dealership again! More

Was a good dealership the last couple vehicles we bought there, not so much the last few years.
