Stopped while on a trip from Wallace. Walked in and there must of been 15 salesmen around talking to one another. Had to find someone from a different department to go into managers office to kick out a youn must of been 15 salesmen around talking to one another. Had to find someone from a different department to go into managers office to kick out a young kid in there bs'ing with boss. Asked to show me a Denali and comparable Ram. Took me to a AT4 Denali that I really liked but said it was locked and I could see through the glass. He didn't want to put out the effort to get keys. I guess Dave Smith's only likes internet sells. I won’t be back. Shame too, I had just sold my truck. More

Bought used truck. day 2 it started ticking. IT NEEDS A NEW MOTOR told to us by their Service Dept. We signed an "as is" contract... but just 2 days !!! Come on... we have to make 6 years of payments on th NEW MOTOR told to us by their Service Dept. We signed an "as is" contract... but just 2 days !!! Come on... we have to make 6 years of payments on this. They don't care !!! I wouldn't give them another nickel of my money and suggest you beware. WE BELIEVE THEY KNEW THIS MOTORS BLOWN, then did what they could to get the ticking to stop...and sold it to us More

Will never use them again. Had my jeep 3 months took them a month to get me into a rental. Tried charging me another 350 on top of the 2000 I'd been quoted saying that it was taxes. The rental I had they sai a month to get me into a rental. Tried charging me another 350 on top of the 2000 I'd been quoted saying that it was taxes. The rental I had they said will be 180 for full detail and for a few scratches they'll be calling my insurance. I had asked when they first had my jeep if I could pay half now and the other half when I picked up my jeep and they said that was to difficult and i had to pay in full when i got it. Will never go to them again it's been nothing but a stressful situation. More

What a joke of a “so called business” this is, I bought a brand new 2020 ram, they delivered it, I did all the paperwork they needed. 2 weeks later they come at me and say I didn’t pay for the bedliner. So a brand new 2020 ram, they delivered it, I did all the paperwork they needed. 2 weeks later they come at me and say I didn’t pay for the bedliner. Sorry but I didn’t order that, it came that way. Their finance guy (Carl alley) calls me and says I’m a thief and he’s gonna report this to collections if I don’t pay for the bedliner. Lol sorry bro, show me the paperwork where I signed and asked to have bedliner installed. More

We needed a truck ASAP. Told Dave Smith salesperson, Elmer we had one on order with our local dealership but we wouldn’t have delivery for 10 weeks. Since we didn’t have a signed contract we had the op Elmer we had one on order with our local dealership but we wouldn’t have delivery for 10 weeks. Since we didn’t have a signed contract we had the option to shop around. Elmer promised us a truck in a couple of weeks, this was February 18, 2021. We applied for a loan and were approved on February 22nd. Then things got delayed. By April 1st we’d had enough and told Elmer we wanted to cancel. He had his sales manager, Cameron contact us. Cameron told us we couldn’t back out because the truck was with the shipper and on its way to us in California. I called the shipper and he didn’t have our truck in his possession yet, it was sitting in the dealership. The truck did finally arrive on April 2nd but we couldn’t register it as the bank hadn’t funded per Elmer. I contacted the bank and was informed we don’t have a loan because Dave Smith failed to return paperwork to them so the application expired on March 30th. I am in possession of a brand new truck that I didn’t purchase. The dealership won’t return my calls. Today is April 21st and we still have this 2021 Ram on our property that we never paid for. I find the employees at Dave Smith to be very rude and dishonest. I would love to figure out how to get out of this mess and get Dave Smith Motors and this truck out of my life! ! More

I looked at going to Dave smith for my new dodge. The sales staff were friendly until it’s their day off and they forget who you are. They pressured me into putting a 500.00 deposit on a truck and told m sales staff were friendly until it’s their day off and they forget who you are. They pressured me into putting a 500.00 deposit on a truck and told me they could change the truck when I got there. After three salespeople and three weeks I decided they didn’t have what I was really looking for. I wanted to be sure driving two trade in vehicles over a thousand miles and spending almost 70,000.00 on a new truck. When I asked them if they would return my deposit I haven’t heard back that was over two weeks ago. I have since heard back and was told my deposit would be returned. More
