Love my car, but the dealership leaves a lot to be desired! The salesperson was great to work with. The experience of picking up my car was something else. I had a long wait time between seeing my car and fin The salesperson was great to work with. The experience of picking up my car was something else. I had a long wait time between seeing my car and finishing the process. I was not happy that the dealership completed my paperwork 5 weeks prior to my getting the car because it was "in transit" when I agreed on the price and made a deposit. The dealership insisted on making the purchase completed on that day. When I visited the dealership to get my car, I didn't talk to anyone in finance so I left with questions about my payment which was due in 10 days. I had to sign documents saying the salesperson had gone through all of the features of the car, but I left with many questions and some things on the list were unexplained. I had to sign a survey that was already completed for me with all "10s", even if I didn't agree with them. This is the only chance I have of expressing my frustration and concerns. We will see if they even post this review. More
