Poor service I brought my ram in do to a noise at low speed or breaking. I had washed it before bringing it in. I went in and asked if they went 4 wheeling and was told oh they must have driven it through the construction. That was it no we will wash it or any thing. I have never had a new vehicle that didn't come back from service clean inside and out. More

If out of the area, fly into Spokane, DSM will pick you up and take you to Kellog, ID. Be amazed at new vehicles parked in every corner of town. Your sales person will walk you through the paperwork, go review the vehicle and meet with the sales manager. Hop in your new ride and drive it home. Try to go during the week, weekends can be very busy. More

Some called us crazy for going so far to get something we could have gotten 20 miles from home but we were so happy with the way we were treated and the deal we were getting from Dave smith we knew it was the best choice! Even on the busy Labor Day weekend we arrived to pick it up we were taken care quickly and even enjoyed their BBQ lunch! I called Dave Smith knowing I could have them order it and get it in my way home. They had one in stock and had me stop over that day and got it installed. This was prior to me telling them that I had purchased this vehicle from them. They didn't care. This whole time I was unaware of what I would pay but was expecting it to be pretty expensive due to my situation and it was a Saturday. They finished up in about an hour and when I got my bill it was way less than expected. They were 100% professional and awesome to deal with. More
