Great Buying Experience I saw a car that I wanted. Talked to my sales person Duane. When I got to the dealership, the car was ready and waiting for me to test drive. After I saw a car that I wanted. Both the salesman and finance manager Jesse, were very informative and professional and pleasant to work with. Teddy gave me a great deal on weathertech floor mats for the vehicle. When a problem arose Rocky was on top of it and it was resolved to my satisfaction. These people bend over backwards to make sure that your buying experience is a positive one. I would recommend Dave Smith to anyone looking for any type of vehicle. More

After selling the car we negotiated right out from under me I messaged the General Sales Manager Scott Johnson with no reply. Terrible service and professionalism. This is the letter: "I am messaging you because I am absolutely furious about the experience I have received from your auto dealership! Please see the above correspondence between myself and your salesman, Tate. When I initially dealt with Tate, I did not have a good experience. However, your company sent me a general "How did we do" email on August 14th and I expressed my concerns. I was contacted after that from Tate with an offer and I excepted and asked for more details. As you can see by the constant messaging between us, he was horrible at corresponding. He kept telling me the car was in the auto body shop. I thought it was VERY odd that he was not having me fill out any paperwork. I kept emailing asking where we were on this deal with NOTHING in response! Finally, I called Tate on Saturday and he actually answered. He told me not to worry that the car was still in the shop. I got back from the weekend on Monday and thought I should call to follow up because I had a very funny feeling about this entire situation. I left a message with no return call. I then left a message for Brian, his team manager, with no return call. I was determined to actually talk to a human to find out what in the heck is going on with the vehicle I am purchasing. So finally on Wednesday, I kept calling until I found a person to speak with on the phone. I was informed that the vehicle was sold in August! WHAT!?!?!? I just talked to Tate Saturday and he told me it was in the shop?! I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a company before and I am super disappointed to not have the opportunity to have the exact vehicle that I had been searching for over a year. I have never worked so hard on my end to spend $44,000! Shame on you for not responding to my concerns and complaints. I went out of my way to keep open communication and move forward with this deal. YOU never responded. Shame on Brian for not calling me back! I won't even begin to talk about TATE's work ethic and customer service. EPIC FAIL! I am not usually a "review" person or a "Yelp" person but I am glad to know there is a place that I can air my frustrations and complete dissatisfaction for a company. People need to know the lack of professionalism and they need to understand that your company will sell a vehicle right out from under a customer even if the customer has done their due diligence." More

HE IS A 5 STAR CLASS ACT IN OUR BOOK... Great service from sales, sales managers, owner Our salesman, Jared, did an excellent job getting us the best deal he could get. A slight mix up was well handled by the sales staff manager (Rocky) Our salesman, Jared, did an excellent job getting us the best deal he could get. A slight mix up was well handled by the sales staff manager (Rocky) and Eric Smith (owner). They made sure that we were very happy with our truck purchase and made every effort to make our time there enjoyable. The finance team worked hard to get us the best financing option that they could and even got us better interest rate than what was originally quoted. The accessory group did a great job at getting us the accessories we wanted and gave us options to save us money. We got all of our accessories installed the same day. The receptionists made sure that our 2 year old was well entertained while we were there. And they have a BBQ on Saturdays for customers. Great operation. More
