When we met with Ruxin we explained our dilemma and he set our minds at ease by telling us all we had to do was show proof of insurance which we were able to do. The overall experience was laid back. Ruxin took care of us and answered our questions. He introduced us to the service manager, and took us over to the financial agent. We were in and out of there fairly quickly. We had heard good things about Dave Smith and we think we got a great deal on our truck! More

Some of the sales people are not trained as well as they should be and others are just loud and pushy. If you can push past that and find one like Samuel then your doing great!! More

Worst buying experience ever From the start we were misled, told that our pick-up was in stock, not. Had to put up a down payment for a truck they hadnt ordered yet. What should have taken maybe an hour, took us 5 hrs, my wife finally laid down on the couch. The folks ahead of us were there for over 7 hrs. its ridiculous. Then on our test drive we get pulled over because we didnt have a dealer plate, I could have gotten a ticket. Our financing was pre-approved and in the clowd ready for us to sign, but they kept up locked up in this little room trying to sell us more and more, I got up and walked out. I will never go back, I didnt even get out of the State of Idaho before we ripped those PINK plate cards off our truck, we didnt want anyone to know where we bought.
