It was a pleasure to meet Alex in the showroom and our discussion was pleasant. The only issue I experienced was that the vehicle was not ready when promised and I ended up spending all day waiting and had to drive 1300 miles in 1 long day and 1/4. This issue was not the fault of the sales team. The issue lies directly with the Accessories Department and Noah Shaw. I was told the vehicle would be ready Monday morning so I could return home for Wednesday morning doctors appointment. But Noah took the day off and the vehicle was not ready until about 4pm Monday. I hope this was an isolated issue. When I returned home I received 2 follow-up calls from Dave Smith Motors one of which was from my salesperson, Dion. Good Job! This is the 2nd truck I've bought from Dave Smith and I thank you for a job well done. More

For us, we left in a new car in the dark and had to stop to read the manual to continue home. We didn't get home until almost 1 am. If we had known that it can take some time, we could have planned our trip a bit better. Otherwise, it was worth it! This consumer review would not let me put in GMC. You might want to fix that. I had to put Chrysler just to send this. More
