When you purchase a new vehicle they take you over the the accessories department so you can see if you need anything else and they also walk you over to the shop so you can talk to the supervisor on what to expect with your new vehicle and everything else. I negotiated the deal via phone and email from Seattle and did the drop off/pickup in Kellogg on my way to Missoula, MT. So far I am very happy with the service I received (both pre and post sale) from Annie Stevens in Sales. Annie was awesome to deal with before the sale but she encouraged me to me bring my 90 pound Gordon Setter into the showroom while we filled out documents. She also had treats and when she ran out she went and got more. So far the newer Jeep has performed well and is getting the advertised mpg, or close to it.
