customer service is a joke Their "customer service" is xxxxxxxx! Have to sit in their lobby for over 4 hrs just to sign papers, by the time you actually get your car its dark. S Their "customer service" is xxxxxxxx! Have to sit in their lobby for over 4 hrs just to sign papers, by the time you actually get your car its dark. So when you get home & notice the next day that there are some issues, they tell you that your screwed & will not take care of you. So before you leave the lot, regardless of anything, make sure you go over your vehicle with a fine tooth comb. The only customer satisfied remarks they want is 100%, anything else you give them is xxxxxxxx (your screwed & will not get any help)! More

Other dealerships have always made me feel like they were just trying to get one over on me to see how much money they could squeeze from me. Dave Smith was different in that they tried and succeeded in following the golden rule of, "treat others the way you want to be treated." Dave Smith restored my faith that there are still good people in the world who just want to help people. Jackson Richey did a great job. Next time he is up for an increase in pay he should definitely receive one. More

When you purchase a new vehicle they take you over the the accessories department so you can see if you need anything else and they also walk you over to the shop so you can talk to the supervisor on what to expect with your new vehicle and everything else. I negotiated the deal via phone and email from Seattle and did the drop off/pickup in Kellogg on my way to Missoula, MT. So far I am very happy with the service I received (both pre and post sale) from Annie Stevens in Sales. Annie was awesome to deal with before the sale but she encouraged me to me bring my 90 pound Gordon Setter into the showroom while we filled out documents. She also had treats and when she ran out she went and got more. So far the newer Jeep has performed well and is getting the advertised mpg, or close to it.
