Even though Dave Smith had I have been feed up with the games and the lies at my local dealer. It was well worth the drive up to get my new RAM 3500. Even though Dave Smith had 1000+ trucks in stock I didn't find one that had everything I needed. the salesman didn't try to talk me into one that was on the lot. He was very helpful in the process of custom ordering my dream truck. He didn't try to have me get things I didn't need or pressure me to make the sale. I will definitely be coming back for my next vehicle. More

He was friendly and helpful, took me to the dealership in Kellogg ID. At the Dave Smith dealership I was met by Josiah, who was key in me getting my Jeep Wrangler. There I met other members of the staff who's names I don't remember, but were all very helpful and made my experience great. I truly recommend this dealership to anyone. They're all a group of a skilled staff organization. To add to my experience, I'd like to say that they went the extra mile and provided me with the deal I was looking for. Dave Smith even paid the airfare there and a night stay at a local motel. Thank you, everybody. Luis More

He answered all our quest Our salesman is Shep (Dave) Shepphard. He was very responsive to my husband and I with our purchase of a new Dodge Truck. He answered all our questions and even helped me by referring me to JC to help me give my husband a Birthday Present for him to use in his new truck. The day we arrived at Dave Smith Auto, Shep had us taken to get some breakfast while the shop finished checking out our new truck to make sure it was ready for us. Shep took us on a tour of your facility and introduced us to the financial officer that helped us sign all the paperwork. We were able to leave just after noon. What a great experience!! Shep was excellent!! More
