After a couple months of looking for the perfect Jeep, a friend of my fiance recommended Dave Smith Motors in Kellogg Idaho! So we took our time to look them up and contacted via email someone who could help, I eventually got switched over to Duke Alleman, and from the beginning he was wonderful! Everything was basically handled via email, with a couple phone calls, but after trying with other dealerships, no one could get us approved, and after 2 weeks of waiting, Duke called me and congratulated us on our new 2014 Jeep Rubicon!!! I was truly amazed and shocked! All we had to do was be patient! Duke has so much knowledge of Jeeps, and even has his own, so that was another great thing of working with him! If your in the market for a Jeep, Duke is the way to go!! We waited about a month to save for the down payment, and then finally got on the road for a 16 hour road trip, in the car we brought for a trade in! (which was also handled very smoothly). We finally arrived at the dealership with warm welcomes, and Duke let us test drive our jeep, after that we got to have a seat while they checked our trade in, and that took only 10 minutes, then came back to tell us to go ahead and switch our stuff to our new Jeep! Eek! What a great feeling. We had Janet Pinyerd in the finance department and it literally took maybe 10 minutes and we were on our way back to California with our brand new jeep! Thanks Duke Alleman and Janet Pinyerd, what an amazing experience we had and we will definately be back in the future!!! More

It was outstanding. Dan was extremely professional and it was a pleasure dealing with him. The deal was as we had discussed on the phone with no surprises. I can appreciate the fact that the Dave Smith Management Team allows their sales personnel to present the best deal without having to go back and forth to the Sales Manager as other dealers do which is frustrating. When we arrived at the dealership Dan had the vehicle ready and everything set up so the process went extremely smooth. He also covered the vehicle subsystems which was very helpful. He even called when we arrived back in Blackfoot and asked how our trip was and did we have any problems which was very nice. He also asked what I liked best about the car and there are so many things I like it was hard to decide on just one thing. I was surprised it has quite a few of the same features as my wife's Lincoln MKX. On the survey I filled out for Dodge they asked if I had dealt with any other dealers before purchasing my vehicle from Dave Smith and I listed three dealerships that I had visited or communicated with on line (one of which we got up and walked out because of the Sales Manager and the price was not what was on line). I told them in the survey that my experience with Dan and the whole Dave Smith Team was superior and that the other dealers fell way short in their effort to sell us a vehicle. I told them I will continue to do business with Dave Smith and it was well worth the drive not only in savings but the hassle free deal. They asked on a scale of one to ten, ten being the highest where would I rate Dan and I told them I would rate him a 15! I ordered special plates so I still have the pink Dave Smith plate on and am proudly displaying it throughout Southeast Idaho and Northern Utah. I have handed out several business cards and keep several in my wallet. More
