After Alpine motors took us in to diagnosis the problem (and they are a Chevy dealer), they couldn't fix it so my dad had me call you guys. You got us in -early in fact, the guy who helped us came out and showed us where we could park our trailer while we waited. Every one was really nice, even replaced the battery in the key for us. Thanks so much for helping us out, we were dreading the drive back to Nevada with no air and 2 dogs. You were our lifesavers. Lisa Hess More

As for the car we have only had it for 6 months and we have had nothing but problems with it. We have had it worked on and worked on and it still don't run right at all. My husband took it to work for his hitch and he is pretty sure he is not going to make it back home with it. It sounds awful and sounds like it is going to blow up. We drove 12 hours to by a car from Dave Smith I wish I would have just stayed in my hometown to by a car. I do not recommend buying a car from them I know I never will again it kinda sucks you spend that much money on a car and all you get is screwed. More

Does not follow through. I walked in to dave smith looking for a specific truck. They didn't have what I wanted and said they would call me when they get one in. So I get the call while my mom is in from out of town and my wife and baby are with me. We all hop in the car and drive to kellogg, test drive the truck (that isn't yet ready) and decide we want it. I told the sales person, "we can't stay more than two hours". To which she replies "oh it won't take that long". So we start up the paper work, every time it went through different hands, they told us it would be five minutes, and ended up being 30-60. Every aspect; finance,sales,contract,finalization etc... TOOK FOREVER. We ended up being there over 5 hours. Since the truck wasn't ready they said they would have the truck ready for me in Coeur d'Alene on friday and that they would call me. 10am rolls around, no phone call. So I call them, "oh the liner didnt get put in, they haven't done the rock chip repairs etc..." "It will be ready by 4pm". After waiting around all day its now 6:38 pm and I just got off the phone with her. I will be picking my truck up around 7:20pm. These people are lacking on the integrity portion, at least my sales person anyways. On a positive note I never felt pressured. More

Very rude!! I see I’m not alone here. I had a lengthy conversation with Darrell Andrews on Thursday 18th. of this month during which he found the vehicle I wanted I see I’m not alone here. I had a lengthy conversation with Darrell Andrews on Thursday 18th. of this month during which he found the vehicle I wanted, at a cost of just under $60,000. I asked about leasing (apparently not a good option) and, when we finished the discussion I was going to make a down-payment of $30,000 and he was going to arrange for a soft credit check for a loan of the remaining $30,000. That day or the following morning I received a standard e-mail message confirming that they were doing the credit check and that I would hear from them “soon”. Five days later, on Wednesday 23rd., I called and left a polite message on Darrell’ voicemail. Several hours later I called again and talked to Nellie(?) who said that Darrell was with a customer but would, Nellie assured me, call me as soon as he was free. Two hours later I called again and Amanda, the very pleasant receptionist, said she would give a message to Tom, Darrell’s boss, who, Amanda said, “is very good at getting back to people”. Three days after that I have, of course, heard from no one. This is, at best, extremely rude! As the credit check was not the problem (my credit is good) I’m guessing that they sold the unit (which, I have since discovered, is quite hard to find) to someone else. Maybe they feel that, given their bizarrely isolated location, no one is likely to drop in with a complaint and they can just ignore people who are no longer useful to them. Anyway, after further research, I have just committed to a Ford F450. Up yours, Dave Smith… More
