Dan was extremely professional and it was a pleasure dealing with him. The deal was as we had discussed on the phone with no surprises. I can appreciate the fact that the Dave Smith Management Team allows their sales personnel to present the best deal without having to go back and forth to the Sales Manager as other dealers do which is frustrating. When we arrived at the dealership Dan had the vehicle ready and everything set up so the process went extremely smooth. He also covered the vehicle subsystems which was very helpful. He even called when we arrived back in Blackfoot and asked how our trip was and did we have any problems which was very nice. He also asked what I liked best about the car and there are so many things I like it was hard to decide on just one thing. I was surprised it has quite a few of the same features as my wife's Lincoln MKX. On the survey I filled out for Dodge they asked if I had dealt with any other dealers before purchasing my vehicle from Dave Smith and I listed three dealerships that I had visited or communicated with on line (one of which we got up and walked out because of the Sales Manager and the price was not what was on line). I told them in the survey that my experience with Dan and the whole Dave Smith Team was superior and that the other dealers fell way short in their effort to sell us a vehicle. I told them I will continue to do business with Dave Smith and it was well worth the drive not only in savings but the hassle free deal. They asked on a scale of one to ten, ten being the highest where would I rate Dan and I told them I would rate him a 15! I ordered special plates so I still have the pink Dave Smith plate on and am proudly displaying it throughout Southeast Idaho and Northern Utah. I have handed out several business cards and keep several in my wallet. More
