However, Neal, the technician who was told to explain the equalizer hitch was seemingly in a bit of a rush and did not seem to know about the product's requirements. I asked if the hitch needed any grease and he said no. Later, upon leaving the dealership, the hitch was so noisy you would think I was driving an old battleship. We had 300 miles to get home and when I got home I read the label on the hitch stating to "keep it greased". It was a shame to have such a great experience right up to the point of driving away. More

They fixed the damages at no charge to me. Last August I purchased a new travel trailer from them, and in October I took it in for a repair on a water supply line that was leaking and while they had it the xxxxing moron that drives around out there on the forklift like he is in the indy 500 hit my trailer and damaged the bottom skirt, they fixed t that but after I got it back and was washing it I noticed there was more damage there is a big chunk taken out of the side of it and the metal around my window is all tore up and it is directly above where it was hit. I called to tell them about it and they told me that they didn't do it and they were not going to fix it, but they would give me an estimate to fix it. So from now on I will not be buying anything from them nor will I take it back for any kind of service either. If you value you r.v. I would not take it there. Here is a "shout out" to two exemplary people that take excellent care of us. I'm talking about Josh Evans, who follows through on every detail of what service or situation I am needing attention for. His professionalism, his caring attitude and his knowledge of RV's is impressive. Now I must talk about another quality associate that Dave Arbogast has, and that is Steve Spitzer, this humble man has given of his time and knowledge of RV's, so as to educate us in the ease of going "RVing" with confidence. Purchased new Rockwood MiniLite 2504S. Great experience! Also added a vent cover recommended by Steve when we did the walk thru on our pick up day. Steve was very thorough showing us the details of the trailer and gave us many great tips. NO SURPRISES! We have not had time to go on a camping trip since we just got home two days ago but I expect to have many great trips ahead of us in the near future.
