This was not possible as our coach was brand new! We got a hold of Rob Lichlitter at Dave Arbogast, and this man got the job done! Treated poorly by sales person When we told the salesman we weren't sure what we was looking for or when we would be purchasing an rv he became less friendly. We told him what price range we wanted and he took the 4 of us to the lot in a golf cart, to look at 3 models he unlocked for us. After seeing these he told us he had to go and left us to browse, on foot, the rest of the rv's in the lot. He did return some time later and took us back to the sales room. He made very little effort to help us shop or try to sell us an rv. Would not return here when we do decide to buy next month. I felt he would have been more co-operative if we had been shopping for a more expensive vehicle. More

They represent what I thought was a reputable manufacturer (Airstream), but remember, the engine has to be serviced at a SPRINTER dealer, not just any Mercedes dealer. And, if it's Airstream related, good luck... their service networks sucks! Do yourself a favor and keep looking! More

Do not buy from Arbogast RV We bought a 2019 Forest River Wildwood Travel Trailer on July 13, 2018. A lot of issues with the trailer!! While they talked specifics and trade, we went over to the coffee shop in the other building. Definitely a plus to be able to get a cup of Boston Stoker while we waited. The process of buying an RV is a long one so we had some time to kill. We got to go out and walk through some really cool pull behind trailers; not really knowing much about RVs we were surprised to see how reasonably priced some of them were and you got some cool stuff, like kitchens nicer than the one in my house... We didn't leave with anything that day, but when were in the market in the future we'll definitely look to these guys first. More
