My husband and I purchased a travel trailer from here this spring. Things went great at first but we had a few issues with the trailer. This happened at Arbogast RV in Troy, Ohio. Deceptive Business Practices! I would stay away if I were you. Yesterday, I provided a $2500 deposit to Arbogast on a 2015 Airstream Interstate. They called Business Practices! I would stay away if I were you. Yesterday, I provided a $2500 deposit to Arbogast on a 2015 Airstream Interstate. They called me back a few hours later and told me I had to pay them $5000 more than the agreed upon price. Interesting that the purchase price was not on the deposit form, which makes me think that this is done time and again. Needless to say, I refused and asked them to honor the price. They did not. The manager gave me a song and dance about this falling under "Errors and Omissions"...give me a break! Sounds like basic dishonesty! More

Good experience. a few complication (not the RV dealers fault) but Ali/sales agent and Aaron the manager worked overtime to get it fixed. Stacy and Matt in sales took good care of me and help me understand all the features of RV and Matt even took me to the back of the lot to drive until I got comfortable taking it off the lot. If you are thinking of becoming a first time RV owner operator, I recommend going to Dave Arborgast and supporting local business. Even the lady in the sales store was so nice and helpful. We have had our Forest River Cedar Creek Hathaway 34IK serviced at Dave Arborgast twice for minor repairs and warranty work even though we did not purchase it from them. Their service department has taken serviced at Dave Arborgast twice for minor repairs and warranty work even though we did not purchase it from them. Their service department has taken great care of us. Repairs were performed professionally and quickly. Our special thanks goes to Faith, Luke, Nate and one more technician who's name I forgot (sorry, one more technician). This is a crazy time in our history, with Covid-19, social distancing, etc. The staff at Dave Arborgast has performed quality work in a timely manner under strange circumstances. Dale More

Where is the CUSTOMER SERVICE???...... DISAPPOINTED The purchasing experience was great. However, the customer service before delivery and since then has been HORRENDOUS. Our 5th wheel was to be delive The purchasing experience was great. However, the customer service before delivery and since then has been HORRENDOUS. Our 5th wheel was to be delivered on September 6th. Numerous family members took off work to prepare for delivery on September 6th. Arbogast uses an outside company (Pinnacle) to make deliveries. Long story short, our camper went missing for 8 HOURS somewhere between Ohio and Indiana. It is a 3 hour trip from Arbogast to my residence in Indiana. We had no way of getting in touch with anyone to locate where the camper may be. We even tried reaching out thru Facebook. The camper FINALLY arrived at 11:55 pm on September 6th after some of my family literally had to chase the delivery guy down and force him to stop. When the delivery driver was asked where he had been with our camper he produced numerous lies and kept tripping over all of his untruths. The 23 minutes of questioning were recorded and sent to Arbogast for their review........we were told numerous times by Arbogast that they were looking into and that they would take care of us. The delivery driver disappeared for 8 hours with our camper, entered it and put his personal clothes in the camper. WOW JUST WOW!!!! After numerous phone calls and emails to gain clarification and answers, there has been no development. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the customer care and service received from Gary and Stacy. They have not stuck to their word and haven't even provided any customer service. Gary and Stacy both said they would take care of us. So, gentleman, we are still waiting. 4 WEEKS later and still no answers. Is this really how you take care of customers? VERY SAD!! More
